NEXERA CoreModules
Every module works with the same contacts, items, orders and postings. Start where the need is greatest; whatever you add later uses the same data and needs no integration.
Choose a module and see what it receives and passes on. There is no integration in between: it is always the same record.
One contact record for the whole commercial relationship.
Customers, suppliers, carriers and forwarders are in the system once. Orders, invoices, purchasing and payment reminders all use the same record.
Item codes and prices that are right, in five languages.
You build new items from fixed choices, so that code, description and packaging are always consistent. We set up the configurator on your own code structure; the price book sets the price on the order date.
From quotation to order, with every document from one source.
An accepted quotation becomes an order at the quoted prices. The system always calculates lines, VAT and totals itself: what you see is what gets invoiced.
Plan for what has been sold, release what has been checked.
Production orders and bills of materials are linked to the sales orders and the stock. Quality records inspections and releases batches from quarantine, so that only inspected stock leaves.
Knowing what is there, per batch and per location.
Stock is held per warehouse, location and batch. Every receipt, issue, transfer and correction is recorded, so that you can trace how a batch reached its place.
Shipments with their documents, without retyping.
A shipment takes everything from the order: item names in the customer's language, delivery terms and weights. On departure, the invoice is ready.
From purchase order to payment run, with a second pair of eyes.
Purchase invoices arrive by email, upload or UBL and are checked against the original. Approved invoices go into a payment run.
Double-entry bookkeeping in the core, per legal entity.
An invoice is posted to the general ledger the moment it is issued. Bank, reconciliation, periods, fixed assets and VAT run in the same system, per legal entity with its own number sequence.
Up-to-date figures for everyone who has to make decisions.
The dashboard opens on what needs attention today. Reports come straight from the general ledger and the order data, so there is no export in between.
These functions are part of the core and apply in every module. A second module is therefore not a new system to learn.
Issuing an invoice, making a payment or changing bank details can require a second pair of eyes. If a request is left waiting, it is escalated.
Admin, Finance, Sales, Item management, Warehouse, Production, Quality, Management, Telephony for the telephone agent, Read-only and Kiosk for the screen on the shop floor.
Numbering, VAT return, trial balance and closing per legal entity. Contacts, items and orders are shared.
For every posting you see the source, what is linked to it and who made, changed or reversed it.
⌘K searches the whole application. Lists work with /, the arrow keys and Enter, and each user sets their own columns.
The interface in Dutch and English. Documents follow the customer's correspondence language.
Every user chooses which emails they receive. Approval escalations always come through.
Approve requests, scan invoices and read the morning briefing, also on the move. Available on iOS and Android.
Automation
Fifteen tasks run at a fixed time or at a set point in the process.
Times are Dutch time and can be set per environment. Every task is built so that a second run never does anything twice, and for every run you can see what happened.
Quotations past their validity date are marked as expired.
The month that has just closed is depreciated per legal entity.
Costs spread over several periods reach the profit and loss account in the right month.
VAT numbers of EU contacts are checked again.
Recurring invoices are ready as drafts in the inbox.
Invoices past their due date become overdue.
Outstanding items and the credit limit are checked again before loading starts.
Finance sees which invoices are due a payment reminder. Sending them remains a separate decision.
Customers who want it receive their outstanding items.
Your follow-up actions for today and anything overdue, in one email.
Yesterday's figures are ready for management and finance.
Working out the next task.
Continuous
Requests that are left waiting too long are escalated. An escalation is always sent by email.
Reports go to the people who need them at the time that has been set.
New transactions come in from statements or through the bank integration where it is active, ready to be reconciled.
The delivery note and invoice go to the customer as soon as the shipment leaves.
Every document comes from the record it belongs to, in the customer's language and with the number sequence the law requires.
Can be accepted online through a personal link, in five languages.
With delivery terms and CIF costs, in the customer's language.
For the part the customer pays before loading.
Numbered per legal entity, with the number assigned only on issue.
Names the invoice it corrects and is offset automatically.
Goes with the invoice on departure, if the customer wants it.
As a PDF, with the status of the signed CMR.
Suggested step by step, with the credit insurer's deadline.
Outstanding items for customers who want them.
One file per payment run, or directly through a bank integration where it is active.
Figures per legal entity, listing your customers within the EU.
For the accountant and the Dutch tax authorities, per financial year.
Every environment consists of three layers. That way you know in advance what is already in place, what we configure and what we build for you.
Contacts, items, orders, invoicing, double-entry bookkeeping, VAT, bank and reconciliation, approvals, roles and the audit trail. Every environment gets this foundation.
Legal entities and number sequences, chart of accounts, VAT codes, payment terms, document templates, standard texts per language, approval rules, roles and notifications.
What sets you apart: your own inspection step, specific integrations, your own reports or a screen for the shop floor.
Planned and not yet available. We list them so that you know where the core is heading.
Select what matters most to you. You will see which modules make sense to start with and what follows after that.
An indication to start the conversation with. We work out the actual phasing together during the discovery phase.
No. Contacts and items form the basis; after that, you choose per phase. A module added later uses the same data, so no integration is needed.
Yes. During the transition, old and new run in parallel until the results match. Document processing, for example, can stay with an existing partner while posting and payments already take place in NEXERA Core.
That is the starting point. The core is the foundation; configuration and customisation follow the way you work, such as an item configurator that we set up on your own code structure.
Roles determine what someone can view and do, from Finance to Warehouse and Kiosk. For actions such as making a payment or issuing an invoice, you set up approval rules.
The Production and Quality modules are live; new functions arrive in small releases. Analytics and the TV board work and are still being developed further, and invoice recognition becomes available in Q4 2026. A customer portal, contracts, complaints, traceability, e-commerce and Peppol are on the roadmap.
