NEXERA CorePricing and approach
Know the cost in advance. Per phase, with the price on paper.
Tailored ERP does not have to be open-ended. After the discovery phase, you receive a price per phase, agreed in advance, and from go-live a monthly fee for the environment and support. A next phase only starts once you approve it.

Three components. All three known in advance.
No licence per module and no hours without a cap. This is what you pay for.
01 · Discovery phase
We map processes, documents and exceptions with the people who do the work. The result is a proposal with scope, phasing and a price per phase.
02 · Configuration and customisation, per phase
Each phase has a price agreed in advance and a clear end point. After a phase goes live, you decide on the next one.
03 · Monthly fee
For your own environment, hosting and backups in the EU, updates to the core and support from the team that builds it.
What the monthly fee covers, and what is agreed separately.
Everything needed to run securely and up to date.
- Your own application and database, no shared tenant
- Development, test and production environments
- Hosting, database and backups in the EU
- Updates and security updates to the core
- Support from the team that builds it
- Manual in Dutch and English
Whatever differs per customer is in the price of a phase.
- Customisation, with its own price per phase
- Integrations with third-party systems
- Migration of master data and outstanding items
- Use of optional AI services, such as LIV and the telephone agent
Where the work lies, and how you make it smaller.
The price follows the work. That depends mainly on six things, and for each of them you can choose how big the first step is.
Most customers start with the modules that deliver the most right now, and then expand without a new integration.
From first meeting to price
Four steps.
At the third, the price is on the table.
Nobody signs for a system that does not yet exist. You decide per phase, with the price of that phase on paper in advance.
A phase only goes live when the results are right in the test environment, in parallel with the current system.

Go/no-goBuild, test, go live
In the test environment, in parallel with the current system. The monthly fee starts from go-live.
Go-liveBecause the work differs from business to business: the number of modules, legal entities and integrations, and how much customisation is needed. After the discovery phase, you receive a price per phase on paper, before anything is built.
Yes. In a first conversation and demo, we look together at whether NEXERA Core is a good fit. If a standard package fits better, we will say so.
We discuss that before we start on it. Anything outside the agreed scope becomes a change with its own price, or moves to the next phase.
The data is yours. You can always make exports and the XAF audit file yourselves. What happens on termination is set out in the agreement.
The initial cost is higher, because it includes a discovery phase and configuration. Over five years, it depends on how much customisation, integration work and upgrading a standard package would require. We are happy to work through the figures with you.
