Growth stalls on disconnected systems.

Orders are in one package, invoices in another and the rest in Excel. That costs an average office hours a week in retyping, searching and correcting.

Duplicate entry between systems

An order is typed in again for planning, shipping and invoicing. Every handover is a chance of error.

Excel as glue

Stock, planning and margins sit in spreadsheets that only one colleague truly understands.

Delivering without credit visibility

The lorry is already loaded before anyone sees that the previous invoice is still unpaid.

Export documents by hand

CMR, delivery note and order confirmation are retyped for every shipment, in the customer's language.

Month-end closing takes days

Reconciliation, the VAT return and reports require exporting, importing and rechecking.

The package dictates your process

Standard software forces you to change the way you work, and customisation turns every update into a project.

The solution

One system that follows your process. From the first quotation to the last journal entry, with the same data for sales, warehouse and accounting.

AI by design

AI is in our DNA. From the core, not as an afterthought.

LIV, the AI analyst in NEXERA Core, answers questions about customers, orders and payments using your own data and within your permissions. Agents also work as additional colleagues: they read invoices, monitor integrations, check data and answer the phone.

Want to try it?

Call LIV and experience it for yourself. LIV speaks many languages: try it in English, German, French or Spanish. She understands everything and replies almost instantly.

Morning briefing

Ready every morning, per role.

Every department works from the same data.

One data model

A contact, order or invoice exists only once. Sales, warehouse and finance work with the same record.

Rules that run themselves

Credit checks, the dunning overview, depreciation and bank import run on schedule. For every run, you can see what happened.

Reporting without exports

Dashboards, KPIs and scheduled reports come straight from the general ledger and the order data.

Built from modules.
One integrated whole.

Nine modules on one core, configured for each organisation.

Start with the modules that deliver the most now. They share the same contacts, items and postings, so expanding needs no new integration.

order "ORD-2026-0412" {  customer = "Alpenfrisch GmbH"  delivery = "CIF Hamburg"} shipment "ZND-0981" {  documents = ["cmr", "delivery_note"]} posting "VF-2026-1187" {  vat_code = "0% ICP"  # balanced}

Everything is connected

An order knows its quotation, shipment, documents, invoice and journal entry. For every amount, you can see where it comes from.

Modules on one core

CRM, orders, production, stock, purchasing, logistics and finance share the same contacts, items and permissions.

Every step recorded

Status changes, approvals and postings go into the audit trail, with the user and the time.

SalesLinking contacts…

Contacts & CRM

Contact card · follow-up

Customers, suppliers and contact persons with agreements, documents and interactions.

Everyone sees the same customer

In practice · Contacts & CRM

The contact card brings together quotations, orders, invoices, credit limit and interactions. Each follow-up gets an owner and a reminder.

More about Contacts & CRM
SalesBuilding item codes…

Items & pricing

Configurator · price books

Item codes from fixed options, descriptions in five languages and price books by start date.

One price that is right

In practice · Items & pricing

A new price book applies only after approval by a second person. The order takes the price valid on the order date, or the quoted price if there is a quotation.

More about Items & pricing
SalesConfirming orders…

Quotations & orders

Online acceptance · order confirmation

Quotations the customer accepts online, and orders with a fixed cycle through to invoicing.

One order, every document

In practice · Quotations & orders

The customer accepts through their own link, in five languages. Order confirmation, pro forma invoice and final invoice come from the same order.

More about Quotations & orders
OperationsPlanning production…

Production & quality

Production orders · quarantine

Production orders with bills of materials, quality checks and release from quarantine.

Plan on what has been sold

In practice · Production & quality

Production sees which orders are coming. Quality releases batches only after inspection, so only checked stock leaves.

More about Production & quality
OperationsCounting batches…

Stock

Batches · FEFO

Stock by warehouse, location and batch, with every movement recorded.

Know what you can promise

In practice · Stock

Allocation follows FEFO: what expires first goes out first. Batches that are in quarantine or blocked cannot be shipped.

More about Stock
OperationsCreating the CMR…

Logistics & export

CMR · delivery note · transport

Shipments with CMR, delivery note and arrival times, straight from the order.

Documents without retyping

In practice · Logistics & export

On departure the invoice is ready, and the delivery note and invoice go to the customer automatically where this is set up.

More about Logistics & export
FinanceProcessing the inbox…

Purchasing & payables

Document inbox · payment runs

Purchase orders, a document inbox for purchase invoices, and payment runs.

Pay only what is correct

In practice · Purchasing & payables

Invoices arrive by email, upload or UBL. Approved invoices go into a payment run as a SEPA file, or through the bank integration where it is active.

More about Purchasing & payables
FinancePosting journal entries…

Finance

General ledger · VAT · bank

Double-entry bookkeeping per legal entity, with bank, reconciliation, fixed assets and XAF export.

No separate accounting package needed

In practice · Finance

Invoices post directly to the general ledger when issued. Matching proposals are ready at the bank, and you close the year with a checklist.

ManagementBuilding the briefing…

Reporting & analytics

Dashboard · morning briefing

Dashboards per role, a report builder, scheduled reports and a TV board.

Manage on current figures

In practice · Reporting & analytics

The dashboard opens on what needs attention today. On working days at 08:00, the morning briefing is ready for management and finance.

Expand without a new integration.

Adding a module does not mean a new system. It is a new place in the same data model, with the same permissions and the same audit trail.

How it works

The work is done once. The rest follows.

What sales records is used by planning, warehouse and accounting. Nobody retypes anything, and every step can be traced.

Sales chain

  1. Quotation accepted: The customer accepts online, in their own language. The quotation becomes an order with the agreed prices and terms.
  2. Credit check and release: Before loading, the system checks outstanding items and the credit limit. A block has a reason and an owner.
  3. Production and allocation: The order reserves stock or starts production. Planning sees what is coming.
  4. Shipment with documents: CMR, delivery note and order confirmation come from the shipment. Carrier, loading status and arrival time are recorded.
  5. Invoice and posting: The invoice posts directly to receivables, revenue and VAT, with the correct VAT code for each country.
  6. Payment and reconciliation: The bank transaction is matched to the invoice. If payment does not arrive, the payment reminder follows on schedule.

Purchasing chain

  1. Purchase order: Orders placed with suppliers at agreed prices, quantities and delivery times.
  2. Receipt: The goods receipt is registered and goes straight into stock.
  3. Incoming document: The purchase invoice arrives in the document inbox, linked to the supplier and the order.
  4. Check and approval: Discrepancies stand out. Approval follows the configured route, with escalation if it stalls.
  5. Posting: The invoice posts to payables, costs or stock, with the correct VAT.
  6. Payment run: Approved invoices go into a payment run. The bank integration then reconciles the payments.

Why NEXERA Core

Tailored, without starting from scratch.

Standard software requires you to adapt your process to the package. Building fully to order starts again from nothing each time, with the risk and lead time that come with it.

NEXERA Core sits in between. The core with accounting, orders, logistics and CRM is already in place, and we add what your organisation does differently from the rest.

Implementation

A phased go-live. No big bang.

We build and migrate phase by phase in a separate test environment, and run in parallel with the current system until the results match.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is your question not listed? Get in touch

No. Each customer gets their own environment with their own database, set up around their own processes. The core is the same software for every customer; the configuration and extensions are yours.

Yes. NEXERA Core has double-entry bookkeeping with VAT codes, bank and reconciliation, fixed assets, period closing and export to XAF, the Dutch audit file format. During the transition, the current package can keep running in parallel.

A first phase with contacts, items, orders and shipments usually goes live within 12 weeks. We start with the modules that deliver the most, and each phase goes live only after a test and parallel period.

Yes. The core has an API and runs integrations with, among others, the Chamber of Commerce (KvK), the EU VAT number check (VIES) and the bank, through statements and payment files. Document processing through Cobox is being built; we include new integrations in the phase plan.

The data is yours. Database, documents and backups are stored in the EU, and your environment is separate from other customers. You can export at any time, including as an XAF audit file.

The application works in Dutch and English. Customer documents such as order confirmations are sent in the customer's language, and the online quotation page supports five languages.
