Privacy, cookies and terms. Short, with no small print.
How we handle the data of visitors and customers, what the site stores in your browser and which terms apply. Last updated on 1 November 2026. This is a translation for convenience. The Dutch text of these documents is legally binding; in the event of any difference, the Dutch text prevails.
How we handle your data
Who is responsible
DEED B.V., Boven de Wolfskuil 20, 6049 LZ Herten, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 84691921. Please send any questions about privacy to [email protected].
What data, and why
- Demo form. Name, company, role, email address, telephone number (optional), company size, current systems and your message. We use this data to contact you and to prepare a demo, on the basis of your request and our interest in responding to a business enquiry.
- Email and telephone. What you send us or tell us, in order to answer your question.
- The demo line for AI telephony. The call is processed in real time by our telephony provider and by the speech model of xAI, in the United States. We do not record anything and do not keep a transcript. We use your telephone number only to count the number of calls per day; that counter is deleted after two days. Like any provider, the telephony provider keeps a call record showing the number, time and duration, for billing purposes.
- Your visit. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs, such as IP address and time, for security purposes. If you consent to analytics, we measure how the site is used with Umami on our own server, without cookies, and with Google Analytics. If you consent to marketing, we measure our advertising with Google Ads. Without your consent, we do not load these services.
- The assistant on this site. If you type a question yourself, we send that question and the earlier questions from the same conversation to Anthropic, which provides the Claude language model. That processing may take place outside the EU, including in the United States. We use this solely to answer your question and do not store conversations on our own servers. Do not share personal data with the assistant. The suggested questions are answered without Anthropic.
Third-party services during a visit
Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. Your browser only contacts third parties if you give your consent for this in the cookie banner. If you ask the assistant a question of your own, that question goes to Anthropic via our server.
How long we keep data
We keep an enquiry for as long as is necessary for the contact. If no working relationship results, we delete the data no later than 24 months after the last contact.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only with service providers we need, such as hosting (Railway), email (Resend), the assistant (Anthropic) and telephony, and only under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its use, have its processing restricted or request a copy. Email us; we will respond within one month. If you do not agree with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Data in NEXERA Core
For data that customers process in NEXERA Core, the customer is the controller and DEED B.V. is the processor. How this is arranged is set out under data processing agreement.
Cookies only with your consent
Without your consent, this site places no cookies and measures nothing. If you consent to analytics or marketing in the cookie banner, we load Umami, Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google Analytics and Google Ads load through Google Tag Manager, which itself places no cookies. Umami does not use cookies; Google Analytics and Google Ads do. You can change your choice at any time at the bottom of the page, under Cookie settings. In addition, the site stores a few items in your own browser, such as your choice in the banner. These are listed below.
General terms and conditions
Our general terms and conditions apply to quotations and agreements of DEED B.V. We send them with every quotation. If you would like to read them beforehand, you can request them at [email protected].
The arrangements for each phase, the monthly fee and the data processing agreement are set out in the agreement itself.
This website
We compile the content of this site with care. Screens and figures in the examples are demo data. No rights can be derived from the site; what applies is set out in the quotation and the agreement.
When we process your data
In NEXERA Core, you process data relating to customers, suppliers and employees. You are the controller of that data; DEED B.V. is the processor. That is why we conclude a data processing agreement with every customer.
What it contains
- Which data we process, and for what purpose
- The security measures; the Security page describes them
- The sub-processors, with their name and country of establishment
- How and when we report a data breach
- What happens to the data when the working relationship ends
Where the data is stored
The full list of sub-processors is an annex to the agreement. You can request it at [email protected].
